There being no appeal during the 14 day allocated time, it is my pleasure to advise that the
nomination of David (Dave) Harmon (Rotary Club of Ballina-on-Richmond), as Governor of
District 9640 Ltd. for 2023-2024 is now confirmed as of 3rd January 2021.
On behalf of the District, I offer my Congratulations to Dave and wish him and Robyn all the
very best in this special leadership position. Dave’s designation until July 1 2021 will be
District Governor Nominee Designate when he becomes District Governor Nomine
