Josh Danna, a senior at North Pocono HS was our guest speaker at Tuesday's meeting. He told us of his experience at Rotary Youth Leadership Awards, first as a participant and the following year as a counselor. Josh described his experience as "life changing". Josh also shared details of a service project undertaken by the RYLA participants to raise money for "Shoes that Grow" which will be distributed to underprivileged children in Lebanon. He mentioned that the group was $50 shy of goal but after meeting with our club, we are happy to report that the goal was greatly exceeded!
