On Wednesday, October 9th, we held our 3rd Reverse Cash Raffle at R Place on 590 in Hamlin.
In addition to the raffle, a buffet dinner and desserts with a cash bar was available.

For the raffle, 150 tickets are available for purchase of $100 each. Each ticket provides admission and dinner for two individuals. The first ticket drawn wins a $100 cash prize, and to follow - every 5th ticket drawn wins a donated prize, basket, or gift certificate. The final five tickets drawn are our cash prize winners ranging from $250 to $4,000.
We'd like to extend a special thank you to our sponsors who helped make this event a successful one for our club! Because of your sponsorships, we are able to allocate more of our proceeds from ticket sales directly to our community. Also a special thank you to the grand prize winner who donated $200 back to our Rotary Club! We appreciate the generosity!
With the money raised at the raffle from ticket sales, sponsorships, and the 50/50, the Rotary Club of Hamlin/Lake Ariel will be able to purchase supplies or complete various projects around our community. Some examples of some community projects supported by events like this are a gazebo at the Hamlin Senior Center, bleachers/benches/and a swing set at the Salem Township Park, scholarships, summer reading programs, and our beloved Safety Fair for Kids held each year.
This is just a short list of a few of the many things we do and we are proud to support our community!
