The topic of the Rotary District 7410 2021/2022 Essay Contest.

At our weekly meeting on Tuesday, March 29th - we had the pleasuring of hosting the 1st place winner of our club's essay contest and her family. Elizabeth Wasylyk is a Junior at Western Wayne High School. She is a member of the National Honor's Society and Envirothon. At our meeting, Elizabeth recited her essay for our club and was awarded a $100 prize + certificate. Elizabeth's essay has been sent on to compete in our district-wide competition for a chance to win $1,000 from Rotary District 7410!
We received many submissions for this year's essay contest, and we are happy to also announce and congratulate our 2nd and 3rd place winners:
