On Friday 5 May, Ira, Barbara and Lynne visited Te Awa School for the purpose of presenting the Rotary ‘Rhyming Round the Alphabet’ books for 2023.
Each year, Ahuriri Sunrise presents these ABC books to the Year 1 students (usually about 30 students).
Under the stewardship of teacher Jess, the class gathered for the presentation.
The books are always well received by both pupils and teachers and this presentation was no different.
