Get fit get fed and enjoy the ride

Our Rotary Cycos Jerseys are now available to order. There might, at times, be a slight delivery delay (as we order in lots of 10).
But any wait is worth it, as these are expertly crafted jerseys with pockets for all the things you might need to carry as you traverse the wonderful Rotary pathway and lesser trails...

The aim is for a roughly 30 km ride, half before a convivial lunch and half after.
We plan to meet at 10.15 am with an aim to start riding at 10.30 to get to our lunch spot by noon. That means an average speed of 10k per hour allowing for a couple of stops for photos, comfort or gear adjustment.

An hour for lunch should allow time for ordering, a glass or a cup of your favourite beverage and a catch-up chat.
The same formula for the after-lunch ride should get us back to our vehicles by 2.30 pm.
