We welcome our District Governor Neil Berg as our speaker. Neil has been a member of Rotary Club of Red Deer East (Alberta, Canada) since May 1988. He served his Club over the years as President (twice, 1992-93 & 2007-08), Secretary & International Service Director. Neil has a special interest in international service.
