President Rob thanked our table and ticket sellers for volunteering. Fred Clemmens the Chairman of the Calgary Parking Authority joined us as our speaker. We also had an award winning Rotary International Exchange student in our midst!
Bill Avery celebrated Fellowship today with an Irish twist. He claims we don’t go to Rotary, we ARE Rotary! He noted how the Irish spirit is alive and well in Rotary thought fine Rotarians like Bill and Ken. He noted the celebrations across the country and the green Calgary Tower in honor of St Patrick’s Day. We had the opportunity to enjoy Danny Boy and Irish Eyes are Smilin’! Great fun, thanks Bill.
