Farewell to Brom & Marilyn
Manon Mitchell & Sid Mark
We wish Brom and Marilyn all the very best as they embark on a new chapter in Ottawa.
Thirty-two Rotarians and friends gathered at the Hampton's Golf & Country Club this past Wednesday to celebrate the accomplishments and impact of Rotarian David Bromwich (aka Brom).
We heard many times that Brom, when asked to step up to a leadership position (and he did this many many times for our Club and for our Rotary District) would always say "Ok I'll do it but you must realize that I might be moving to Ottawa". And this he did every since he joined the club many many years ago.
Well the time have finally come and he will be relocating to Ottawa sometime later this summer. Brom has served as Director for our club, been part of many committees and served as Treasurer for District 5360. His contributions to our club and Rotary in our Province are exemplary as can be noted by the 9 club Past Presidents and 4 District Governors attending the event.
We wish both of the all the very best and hope to spend some quality time at club events before the big move.
