Over the years I have been part of many committee and club conversations that question support for administration costs when we are reviewing applications. Here's what's turning this business model on it's head!
There are a couple of resources that challenge our assumptions on administration: The Way We Think About Charity Is Dead Wrong, a Ted Talk by Dan Pallotta. There is also Uncharitable, a documentary film with the same theme and questions. This is available for free until December 31, 2023.
Arising from our November 30th consultation, these resources were highlighted.
