Volunteer Training - Food Bank

This is a longer commitment for Rotarians, family and friends who are looking for a meaningful volunteer experience. The Calgary Food Bank is taking their services directly to the clients in the NE community. A depot is being set up at the Hub at the Village Square Leisure Centre and we have been invited to participate as volunteers. There will be training and onboarding at Village Square located at 2623 56 Street NE on Nov 17^th from 4:00-7:00 pm. At that onboarding session there will then be an email list that folks will sign up for and when there are shifts available there will be a mass email sent out to those on that list with dates that need to be filled. This opportunity has great flexibility and volunteers can sign up at their convenience.
