Events allow you to email info out of details of a event the club is running to attendees, and request them to electronically respond whether they are attending or otherwise via a click on a link within that email. You can also get them to invite friends if you choose to do so.

 

This automatically collects all info about your attendees to that event and even allows you to get them to pay via bank transfers an closes the event automatically at a given date.
