Rotary helps Community Christmas Project

This is a project our club needs to be more involved in next year!  This is an awesome project to work!

Club President, Chuck Clark, helped staff members from Wing Haven in Vinton to pickup, load, transfer and unload over 1200 children's gifts for the Gallia County Christmas Project for needy families in Gallia county.  The toys are received courtesy of the Greenbriar Resort in White Sulfer Springs, WV and their donation of over $1,000,000.00 for toys for children in West Virginia and southern Ohio.  This is the third year for this generous program  Gallipolis Rotary was privileged to help and we hope to mobilize more members next year for this worthy project!

Thousands of gifts for Children.

The Wing Haven van was pack wall to wall and floor to ceiling!

Gifts were then unloaded and arranged by category at Wing Haven for pickup by local groups who will distribute to designated families.
