Governors' Ball Sponsorship Committee

Hi everyone,

I hope this weekend brings you continued abundance and many blessings this holiday season.  It’s time to get serious about this whole sponsorship program and I’m ready to get another meeting on the docket.  A few items….

1. We have committed about $12k in sponsorships!  We’re on our way and will be sold out soon…..but we need some help to get there.
2. It’s very easy to solicit potential sponsors.  Send them an email…say something like “I hope this finds you well and enjoying this incredible Fall weather….hopefully you’re able to get out and enjoy it every now and then.  I’m writing today with information about next year’s Governor’s Ball and wanted to see about getting My Bank involved a little earlier with this coming year’s event.  I’ve attached information about the Ball and the various sponsorship opportunities.  I’ll follow up within the next day or so to discuss things further.    Let me know if you have any questions what so ever – thanks and I’ll talk to you soon”
3. Make sure you include a copy of the package plan along with a welcome letter (copies attached)….personalize the letter with their name and company name.
4. Then wait a couple days and give them a call…..easy peasy. 

The next meeting will be held on THURSDAY NIGHT, DECEMBER 8^th at 5:30 PM in the RMS conference room.  We will plan to be done with this meeting by 6:30 PM or earlier.

Please make it a point to send a few emails and make a few calls between now and then.  I look forward to hearing about your successes when we meet!
