Lee Bond is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Singing River Health System, where he recently served as Chief Financial Officer and was instrumental in helping lead the organization’s recent financial turnaround.
Prior to joining Singing River, Lee served as the Vice President of Property Operations at IP Casino in Biloxi, starting in 2005. Prior to this service, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for Grand Casino Biloxi. He has been a Certified Public Accountant and has used his accounting and financial skills in various roles since beginning his career in 1992.
He is also a licensed General Contractor and is the President of a small contracting company, L.L. Bond & Company, Inc. Lee has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of South Alabama, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Lee has held community leadership roles in both Jackson and Harrison County. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce, the Bacot-McCarty Foundation, the Pascagoula River Audubon Center, Ducks Unlimited Gulf Coast Chapter and is the Past President of the Gulf Coast Chapter of the Mississippi Society of CPAs. Lee is a graduate of Leadership Jackson County, and was recognized as a Top 10 Outstanding Community Leader for South Mississippi.
Lee and his wife, Tammy, reside in Vancleave with their two children. They are active participants at St. Paul United Methodist Church.
Lee was born at Pascagoula Hospital. His great great great grandfather is Fernando Upton Gautier, the first settler of the City of Gautier, and its namesake. Lee’s hobbies include training horses and dealing with classic cars.
