Chris Cavote is the general manager of the Pascagoula Refinery, a position he has held since January 2018.
Chris Cavote is the general manager of the Pascagoula Refinery, a position he has held since January 2018. Prior to this assignment, Cavote was the general manager of the Burnaby Refinery in British Columbia, Canada, and chairman of Chevron Canada Limited (CCL). Cavote began his career as a designs engineer in 1989 at the El Segundo Refinery. During his career, he has held a variety of management positions at Chevron's El Segundo, Richmond and Hawaii refineries, and served as regional procurement manager supporting Manufacturing based in San Ramon. In 2012, Cavote accepted a position in Escravos Nigeria to support commissioning and start-up of the Escravos Gas-to-Liquids (EGTL) plant. Following start-up, Cavote was named general manager of the EGTL venture.
