PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE TO GET NUMBERS TO THE RESTAURANT BY MONDAY MORNING - REGISTRATIONS WILL CUT OFF ON SUNDAY!  

Please register or decline for the next regular meeting.  This also gives an added benefit to you if you will not be attending and indicate "decline" for the week - then you will not be charged for the meal that week, however if plans change and you end up being able to attend you are still welcome to join us as we will add a couple extras for these instances (you will then be charged if you do show up).  If you register that you are attending great! but if you end up not showing up you will still get billed for that meal.  

PLEASE BE SURE TO REGISTER OR DECLINE NO LATER THAN SUNDAY AT 5:30PM AND BE SURE TO REGISTER ANY GUESTS YOU WILL BE BRINGING (there will be an option for you to do that)  

Please also include in the comments any dietary restrictions or allergies you may have.
