On Monday 17th August, we will host Richard Ssebaggala who is expected to deliver a master class on customer experience titled 'Unhappy customers? No problem!' He is the author of the critically acclaimed The Fish Rots from the Head - Improving Customer Relationship Management in an African Environment. 
Richard is an accomplished facilitator, trainer, and customer experience specialist. He is also a recruitment consultant, workshop facilitator, presenter and teacher. He has taught school in the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and Uganda.
