TRF Recognitions at RIP Dinner 2nd August 2012

Dear Club Presidents,
This is to remind you that Rotary International President will be visiting Uganda from 1st August to 3rd August 2012. A dinner has been organised in his honour to take place on Thurs. 2nd August 2012. At this dinner, Rotarians who have contributed to TRF from April 2012 or before and have never been recognised, will have a golden opportunity to receive their Regallia from Rotary International President himself!

This is to thus request you urgently to send us the Names of your club members who should be recognised during the dinner. Please detail the category of PHF eg PHF, PHF+1, PHF+2 or Major donner, Benefactor etc. Kindly inform your members to have their Regalia with them, as each Individual will walk to the Podium with his/her Regalia then it will be handed over to the RIP who will in turn hand deliver it to the Rotarian.
Please send the Names to the Rotary Office not later than next week Monday 16th July 2012 to enable us crosscheck with RI.
