On Monday, March 4, 2019, the Rotary Club of Kampala South had a great fellowship. We began with Rotary norms and then proceeded with our long visiting guests introducing themselves. Kirabo and Emmanuel briefly spoke about themselves to the audience. Thereafter Rotarial Ebert was introduced and invited to the podium to speak about the land commissioner's mandate. He spoke eloquently about the subject matter as a lawyer. Pertinent questions were asked by the audience and appropriate answers were given.
