The Independence Boat Cruise that was - Thank You

It only seems like yesterday when we eagerly boarded MV Kawa to sail for Maternal Health during the Independence Boat Cruise hosted by RC Kampala South.

 

We promised that it would be bigger – YES it exceeded all our expectations!

 

We ranted that it would be better than the rest – INDEED it was an epic experience!

 

We are happy to announce that we raised more than 11m Ugx which will go towards the construction of the Maternity Ward at our Health Centre in Kikandwa.

 

On behalf of the Rotary Club of Kampala South, and on my own behalf, we would like to say a huge THANK YOU to all those who joined us.

 

Meetings are already underway to ensure that we correct any short comings that we faced this year and ensure that next years’ cruise will literary ‘blow you out of the water’.
