FRIENDS OF KAMPALA SOUTH
We spoke to Pauline Yawe who is an Entrepreneur and friend to Rotary. She says; “I found out about Kampala South through Charles Odaga, one of my oldest childhood friends. I felt lost out when it was hard to meet him because he was always in Rotary. When he invited me to visit the club, I happily accepted the invite.”
During her visits to the club, she describes it as very warm, social and welcoming, but also members seem so busy with themselves and one has to be very confident to easily blend in amongst them, especially at the swallowship table.
“The interesting and inspiring part about Kampala South is the togetherness, organized style and way of doing things plus their solidarity. They are a very coordinated lot “adds Pauline.
In her advice to the club, she says that the club should become more aggressive in turning visitors to members.
