Rotary worldwide celebrates and showcases Community Economic Development in the month of October each rotary year, through its service projects and how they have impacted the lives of the most vulnerable in our societies based on its seven areas of focus, namely: Maternal and Child Health (MCH); Disease Prevention and Treatment; Water, Hygiene and Sanitation (WASH); Basic Education and Literacy; Community Economic Development; Peace Building and Conflict Resolution; and Support to the Environment.
In the oncoming pages, the Southern Bulletin showcases the impact of Community Economic Development through service projects implemented by the Rotary Club of Kampala South.
