Its back, its bigger and its better!!
The resurgent fight against the cancer scourge has taken a new twist with the Rotary cancer Run 5. This year the run will take place on Sunday 28th August from 7am.
The resurgent fight against the cancer scourge has taken a new twist with the Rotary cancer Run 5. This year the run will take place on Sunday 28th August from 7am.
The beauty about this years run is that it will not only take place in Kampala but also in Arua, Hoima, Kasese, Kyenjojo, Kihihi, Mbarara, Masaka, Jinja, Iganga, Soroti, Tororo and
Lira. The run targets to host 20,000 runners and hope to collect 500,000,000/= as a contribution to a total of USD 4m in order to buy a LINAC machine to be installed at the Rotary - Centenary Cancer Ward at Nsambya hospital.
Members of Kampala South have been instrumental in the drive towards making this event a success
