Ms. Mercy K. Kainobwisho is a qualified, competent and experienced female Advocate of the High Court of Uganda with 15 years experience specializing in Intellectual Property Business and company Law. She has extensive experience in business, company and intellectual property laws and practice in Uganda and has participated in the development and reviewing of laws relating to intellectual property, business registration and company incorporation.
Kainobwisho holds a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property(LLM) from University of Turin, Italy; a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Makerere University Business School, a Bachelor of Laws degree from Makerere University(LLB), Uganda, Post graduate Diploma in legal Practice from the Law Developmentt Center, Uganda and several post graduate trainings including oil and gas, leadership and management.
