Dear Members
As you get onto Sunday morning, may I convey the following messages;
1. Madam President, thank you, thank you and apwoyo
2. PP Joseph, Jal thanks for steering the Anniversary organisation and function to a SUCCESS you deserve all the Applause!!
2. The MCs Stanley and Lilian, you guys did a great job by gearing the function all through with all the fun, jokes and ...
3. PPs that was worth the time for it, and my God I was in a tie and suit! Waau unbelievable! And that unbush for PPs to resite their years was fun!
4. Members, the dance was WAR, I didn't know I was still a great dancer I could have gone on and on and on but breatherasixers!
5. The flips, was great it shown some members where they came from! Thx to Richard and PK you did it!
6. To all who didn't attend you missed wait until after another anniversary!!!

Well done Kla South,

Making History as usual with all the innovations n all including having the loyal toast after everyone had sat down.....! Tee hee....And yes you guys looked HOOOOT !

Overall, it was a great function, well done to Joseph Baroraho and team that steered it to fruition under the leadership of JBL.....! The teamwork was exemplary...

Eh the pressure is on to have another new thing... So whats next?

Great Party !
I think the numbers were good - we managed well with one serving point
and the amount of food. It was nice to see there was still a lot of
chocolate remaining.

We did not do well on time keeping - we started a little after 7:40
and went way over the planned 3 speeches. However I think it was ok
since most people did not leave until the end.

Overall I think we made history.

Yes time was a challenge but it had issues but somehow we were able to handle with the "Last Minute Manager" then with chocolates it shows the performance of the eaters but that is a positive performance for the organisers and finally the speeches was great I wish we had planned it that very way earlier we would have delivered well with even more fun though it was an ambush but good.

It was a great party and I thank all PPs and the co-opted PPs (Rita, Peter Sr, Wendy, Mathias, hope I have not left out anybody! You have all exhibited the Presidential material in you!!!

One of my highlights was PP Antony turning up without a tie because he was 100% sure that Mike Sr would not even wear a coat, let alone a bow tie!! I am still laughing!

Committee Members, you pulled it of. Well done!!!!

Thanks Past Presidents and the committee for a wonderful Evening. The ladies were really stunning in their gowns and the guys looked hot... You dressed well...

Ok, didnt get to see any chocolate- Fran, Am sad on your behalf- Irene did you see it or even get to eat it?But that must have been a kool idea.
As for the ambush speeches, I liked them and was impressed with how Ebert summed it all up. Typically showed our characteristic simple way of doing things.

The slides were a good memory lane reminder.The dances hehe.. I spoke to some of our Rotaractors, they could'nt believe that some of you can get down to dancing like you did.

Having been the last club member to leave the venue(i left some members from R.C mengo, kiwatule, ssesse et al who all asked me to let you all know about it-and most of our Rotaractors behind), I can say it truely was a lovely day and a BIG THANK YOU to all that put in their time and effort to see it come through.
To those that missed, hope you'll bring us some cake you got from the royal wedding in Fort.
