Congratulations on your club’s sponsorship of the new Rotaract Clubs of Kampala South and International University of East Africa.
The charter certificates for presentation to the new groups will be sent out today by TNT.
May we take this opportunity to inform you that Rotaract club presidents can now register with and use Member Access to update club information and individual membership data on behalf of their clubs. By logging in every six months to make these updates, your Rotaract club can let RI know that it is still active and at the same time ensure that its contact information is listed correctly in the Worldwide Rotaract Directory
Please note that if a Rotaract club president does not update club data twice a year through Member Access (no later than 30 September and 31 March), the club will become suspended. Attached you will find Step-by-Step Instructions to guide the Rotaract president through the process of updating club and membership details in Member Access.
