Monday 7th January,2018 was the first fellowship in the year 2019 for the Rotary club of Kampala South. As usual the Southerners kick started their year with a classification defense of one of their own i.e. Dr. Doreen Bakyenga who talked about "My Health My Life". According to Dr. Doreen lately most of the patients they receive in the hospitals these days are not suffering from the common diseases like malaria but rather depression caused by the social pressures surrounding people. Her advise to the members in the fellowship was that beginning 2019 everyone should find a balance in their life by balancing the boat of both work and play. She emphasized the need for the members to get back to the basics of having enough sleep, exercising , well eating healthy and ensuring that they each have a full body check up every year.
