LITERACY IMPROVED - THANK YOU RC KAMPALA

Literacy is one of the fundamental pillars in education. With that in mind, the Rotary Club of Kampala donated 1,739. Books to the Rotary Club of Kampala South to help improve literacy at Jjannyi primary School, one of the projects being implemented by the RC of Kampala South.

A delegation from RC Kampala, led by Rotarian Herbert Kakiiza, handed the books over the President of the RC Kampala South, during its fellowship of Monday 5^th November 2012. RC of Kampala South has two projects (Jjanyi Primary School & God’s Grace Orphanage) that will benefit from the literacy books.

The RC of Kampala South would like to express its gratitude to the thoughtful gesture by the RC of Kampala. Together, we shall build the literacy pillar.
