'You Shouldn't have a champagne taste with a beer budget' - Prof. Jimmy Senteza
Monday 12th January was another fun filled fellowship as RC of Kla South hosted Prof Jimmy Senteza to lead a discussion on financial disciple and investment with the guests and club members present.

Great Attendance and had the aura of an exam room as a financial literacy quiz was conducted
Issues for discussion included; Can you satisfactorily and accurately account for how you spend all the money you make? Are you happy about your spending habits? Have you defined your financial goals for the year? Are you sure about how and when you should create wealth?
Begin the year with a financial tune up intended to help reinvigorate your efforts to enable you to make the best out of your finances this year and going into future. But first evaluate your financial literacy by answering the questions below;
1. What is the difference between income and wealth?
2. Loosely elaborate on how you would establish the amount of your net worth.
3. True or False: High Income leads to high wealth? Explain
4. Give one example of each of the following:
An appreciating asset
A depreciating asset
5. What is the difference between consumer loan and an investment loan?
6. Provide two criteria for setting good personal financial goals.
7. What does inter-generational wealth transfer mean to you?
