Monday, 27 May 2019, was an eye-opening fellowship for the audience at the Rotary Club of Kampala South with Vice President Jennifer and Secretary Suzan presided over fellowship which began with the Rotary norms.
Mr. Edwin the guest speaker was then introduced and given the opportunity to speak about the topic “What it takes to be an entrepreneur through CYE.” He began by sharing his life experiences. He recalled working in the television media industry earning under 10 dollars just to growing social capital for a number of years. Indeed, the job paid off and exposed him to some of the wealthiest people of this world in China and so on. He too left the audience with famous quotes like; “Never edit your dreams because your dreams are valid.” He constantly engaged the audience with his funny jokes in the “Lukiga” local language. It was evident that the audience left with takeaways on how to be an entrepreneur.
