Past District Governor Emmanuel Katongole joined the Rotary club of Muyenga, Kampala-Uganda in the Rotary year 1995/96. In the last 28 years, he has steadily and diligently served his Club, Country, District and Rotary International. He is a benefactor to the Rotary Foundation and a member of the Arch Klumph and Bequest Societies.
Speaking at the recently concluded Rotary Convention in Melbourne, Australia, PDG Emmanuel said, "I am not sure how my past takes credit for all my success but Rotary has certainly helped everything I have accomplished in life. Rotary has moved me from grass to grace"
