One Rotarian made a comment: “The more I give, is the more I wish to give”. This did not make sense until we looked at how much she had given, yet she was making a new commitment to donate more.“Times are hard Yes I agree!” but in its times like these; we rise above as Rotarians and support the solutions to the never ending and yet rising needs of our people and the world at large; by standing with our foundation through donations of $10- $50, $60-$100, $100- $500, $1000 that eventually aid the birth, growth and success of our service projects.
Fingers crossed our dialysis project is yet to be approved and so many other projects including one in our area of focus this year which is Maternal and Child Health. We should pride in the fact that we impact lives; imagine if your donation could save 1 woman and 1 child’s life; that is a whole generation saved and a reduction of the number of orphans and deaths in the country and the world.
