Delphine is the found and principal teacher of Well to Work, Asia's first mental wealth consulting & training firm. She is sought-after mindfulness teacher with over 20 years of personal practice and 3 years of full-time teaching experience. She features on Awakened Mind, a mobile app created by Michael Bunting, a global authority of Mindfulness and Leadership.

She holds 5 law degrees, is a qualified lawyer in France and England & Wales and started her professional career in corporate law with Magic Circle and Big Law firms during the financial crisis.

It is her first-hand experience of high-stress environments which have allowed her to develop a contemporary approach to mindfulness.

She has spoken at International organizations in Asia, from delivering the mental health keynote for Aon Hewitt's Wellbeing Client Forum in Singapore, to EY's first ever Wellness Week and facilitating wellness breaks at the FT/RSG Innovative Lawyers Forum in Singapore.
