Rotarian participated in the NEWwater tour
Group learned about water sustainability and how NEWater is produced
On 2 June 2019 Fabien organized and led fellow Rotarians on a trek to Changi. The motivated group toured the NEWater Visitor Center. The educational hub offers educational exhibits. Rotarians learned what it is like to be water molecule undergoing treatment and how membrane and ultraviolet technologies work.
Member, Bruce Bird share, “A great learning day about how Singapore moves forward with technology to benefit its people with the freshest of fresh water and to become self-sufficient.” All the attendees enjoyed the fun filled tour and commended on how much they learned.
