On January 20, 2020, BBC reported on the growing global trend of wellness. The BBC reported that companies are starting to take mental health more seriously in order to reduce leave and improve retention. And the industry is booming. The Wellness market in Asia is expected to be worth 7.4B USD dollars by 2024.
 
In part of the television report, the BBC interviewed Delphine Supanya Berger during one of her training sessions at abillionveg. Delphine explained the wellness industry is growing because companies realize need to change workplace culture to retain younger talent.
