4 Way Test Contect

Throughout the year, the US flags are seen along the main streets of Saginaw.  Who puts up these flags?  When do they appear?

 

The Eagle Mountain Saginaw Rotary Club members place over 80 flags during Memorial Day weekend, Flag Day - June 14, July 4th, Labor Day weekend, Patriots Day - September 11, and Veterans Day - November 11.
