It's About Change
We are honored to welcome STRIVE Initiatives to this week’s Rotary Club meeting to present their powerful program, The Program It's About Change. This impactful initiative reflects a deep commitment to helping justice-involved individuals rebuild their lives and reintegrate into communities with purpose and dignity.
At STRIVE Initiatives, transformation is viewed as a journey—and everyone deserves the tools and support to succeed. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving Dauphin, York, and Lancaster Counties, their dedicated team works with individuals impacted by the justice system, from adults returning home after incarceration to youth facing difficult circumstances, helping them chart a new path forward.
Through hands-on, evidence-based programming tailored to each individual, as well as proactive mentorship for youth, STRIVE provides vital resources such as:
  • Workforce development
  • Housing assistance
  • Life skills training
  • Youth outreach and mentorship
They understand that the early days after release are often make-or-break—and that’s why they walk alongside their participants every step of the way. With real support, meaningful guidance, and a belief in many chances—not just second ones—STRIVE is opening doors to opportunity and stability, one person at a time.
