Delta High School, Senior Awards Night, May 17, 2023 - 6:00PM

Laura and Tom Uslan, Co-Presidents of the Rotary Club of Walnut Grove will be presenting our club Scholarships to Delta High School students in multiple categories.  To achieve a RCWG scholarship, a student completes an application and interviews with their school counselors and the RCWG Scholarship committee, Kim Tranum and Thom Wiseman, chaired for the first year by Laura Uslan.  Some of these achieving students are the first in their families to attend college or trade schools.

Proudly, all Memorial Scholarships have been funded in memory of a beloved family member or business associate, and most graduated from Delta High School in years passed.

The Dennis W. Leary Memorial Scholarship of $1,500 - given in the name of the Club’s 1948 founding president in honor of the Class Valedictorian.

The John L. Lewallen Memorial Scholarship of $1,250 - given in John's name in honor of the Class Salutatorian.

The Dennis Leary Honorary Scholarship of $1,000 - given in the name of the Club’s 66-year member for his Service Above Self.
