OFFICIAL RULES
The $10,000 Duckless Raffle is presented by Juneau Glacier Valley Rotary Club (“Presenter”), a 501(c)4 organization, Tax ID #23-7332939, and a registered State of Alaska Gaming Permit Holder (permit #135). Net proceeds of this event will benefit the Juneau community through scholarship opportunities for youth, club-identified community needs and improvements to Riverside Rotary Park.

RULES
In order to be eligible for the prizes, the completed entry portion of each Duckless Raffle Rescue Form (or online entry completed) and Payment must be received by an authorized representative of Presenter by 7:00 p.m. on Friday, September 18, 2020. Entrants assume the risk of non-delivery of any entries to an authorized representative of the $10,000 Duckless Raffle.  Raffle stubs, which are linked to the number on the Rescue form (or online entry form), will be placed in a rotating raffle drum. Raffle stubs, drawn from a rotating raffle drum, on September 19th, 2020 at 1:00 pm (watch Live online on Facebook or Instagram) will determine the winners. Please check out our Facebook and Instagram pages or www.JuneauDuckDerby.com for information on viewing the drawing.  When the Rescue form information is entered into the rescue database, a rescue form number will be printed on a raffle stub for each duck rescued. When multiple ducks are rescued using a Rescue form or online registration form, each duck rescued will be assigned an individual duck raffle stub. When a raffle stub is drawn for a prize, the raffle stub will identify the Rescue form using the adoption form number, purchaser’s name, phone number and other data from the Rescue form or online registration form.  Qualified winning raffle stubs will be drawn until all prizes are gone. Chances of winning a prize depend on the total number of qualified entries, and number of prizes to award.

Ten (10) ducks will be “rescued” by selection of ten raffle stubs. A Glacier Valley Rotary Club representative will draw the winners and award the 10 prizes IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER DRAWN: 10th place $125 • 9th place $125 • 8th place $250 • 7th place $250 • 6th place $250 • 5th place $500 • 4th place $1,000 • 3rd place $1,500 • 2nd place $1,000 & 40,000 Alaska Airline Miles • 1st place GRAND PRIZE $5,000 for the LAST DUCKLESS RAFFLE STUB DRAWN.
