YOU can be a part of helping students learn how to write plays and at the same time, improve their literacy. Here's how...
For several years, our club has sponsored playwriting workshops in Title 1 Fourth Grade Classes in the Elk Grove Unified School District. These workshops help excite students learning about reading and writing -- and its just plain old fun!
On September 21, you can join the B Street Theatre Playwriting Teacher at Barbara Comstock Morse Elementary helping students to unleash their creativity. You don't need any special training - the only thing you have to do is encourage them to use their imagination.
