The Rotary Club of Laguna Sunrise and the City of Elk Grove are sponsoring a free seminar for non-profits  on April 10.  It will be held in the Elk Grove City Hall Council Chambers.  It will cover three topics in three hours.  Chick-fil-A is donating breakfast sandwiches and Starbuck is donating coffee.
