Major General Baldwin Meeting

Major General David S. Baldwin was appointed as the 46th Adjutant General on 16 April 2011, and is in command of the California National Guard. As the Adjutant General, he leads the largest, most tasked National Guard force in the United States, with an authorized strength of 23,000 personnel.

He will be speaking regarding International affairs with terrorism and how it affects the US. A very timely topic.
