Times Change. Life develops new rhythms. But some things remain the same. There are always people in need. And, there are always people willing and able to serve others.
At Old Mission Rotary we are women, men, business professionals, doctors, lawyers, young, and young at heart, and we are all passionate about service. Our focus is summed up in the Rotary motto, Service Above Self.
Old Mission Rotary members do more than just write checks - although we do that, too. We actively participate in a wide range of hands-on projects in the San Diego region and beyond, helping to make our community and our world a better place.

Old Mission Rotary enables members to enjoy fun and camaraderie with fellow businesspeople and professionals while we contribute.
Do you want to ...
- Be involved in hands-on service to others?
- Belong to a club that is fun and provides fellowship with like-minded people?
- Have confidence that you belong to an organization ruled by professionalism and ethics?
- Serve your community and the world and build goodwill?
Old Mission Rotary is the Answer!
Gary John Collins

Welcome to Old Mission Rotary Club! My name is Gary John Collins and I have the privilege of being President of our club for 2020-2021.
As a visitor to our site you might be asking yourself 'What is Rotary?'
Rotary is...people just like you and me working diligently to help those in need throughout our local and global communities.
The 'you and me' of my answer is most critical, in my opinion. Rotary members are our neighbors, co-workers, vendors, customers and relatives in every size, color and creed.
I realize this seems like a very broad answer, but each Rotary Club is different, focusing on different aspects of aid and community involvement. Old Mission Rotary is very proud to have a decades-long history of providing direct assistance to a staggering number of incredible organizations here in San Diego, California and Baja California, Mexico.
Our reach is ever-growing and we are always welcoming to those interested in finding out how to participate and thus, create a greater impact on causes that are important to you.
If you're looking to make a difference in the lives of many at a time when the need is greatest, we invite you to join our weekly Tuesday noon meeting (virtual...for now). Send me a note by filling out this FORM, and we'll make sure to send you an invite.
