BIO: Worden has been a local government and land use attorney for 30 years. He was Del Mar city attorney from 1977-83 and served on Board of Solana Beach Elementary School District. He also served on the California Coastal Commission as a governor appointee. He was elected to Del Mar city council in 2014, and is up for re-election this year. Currently serving as Mayor of Del Mar and actively involved in Short Term Rentals, Sea Level Rise, and other pending issues.
