5 - 6:30/7:00pm:
Hosted Wine and Beer (in a private area with passed appetizer and chips, salsa and guacamole)
6:30/7:00 - 8:30pm:
Holiday Buffet (Cash and Carry alcohol)
Menu:
- Pepper Crusted Prime Rib w/Rosemary Gravy
- Grilled Sea Bass with Mango Salsa
- Asparagus with Tomato & Feta
- Spinach & Mushroom Salad with Crumbled Bacon (on the side for our vegetarian members)
- Eggnog Tiramisu
NOTE:
Vegetarians will be asked to pre-order their entree selection prior to the party date. There will be a deadline and Patricia will let everyone know as soon as she knows. Guests can check with their Rotary member.
Approximate cost = $40 per person.
