About SRESF

For over thirty years our Educational Scholarship Fund, with the help of 10,000 degrees (formerly the Marin Education Fund), has awarded over $275,000 to help 260 well deserving men and women pursue a wide variety of vocations: medical lab technicians, paramedics, computer techs, court reporter, cosmetologist, etc.
The applicants we interview are often people re-entering the job market. Others are retraining, and some are just starting out. The financial aid we provide is often the little bit extra needed to help complete the final hurdle of a life-changing skills development that leads to a productive and fulfilling career. This year we will interview 10 applicants and will distribute $18,000.
