Kat Downey, a motivational speaker, author, trainer will share with us her passion, the Power of Music, Movement & Relaxation for Brain Health.

Current research findings show that music, movement and relaxation improve brain health and can prevent memory loss. I facilitate this program for RE:mind, a four day immersion retreat for people with early onset which was developed at the Buck Institute on Aging. These programs are for all populations including corportations as a team builder and stress reduction workshop.
