The Rotary Club of Millbrae Has Fun Together

Service is what brings us together. Friendship is what keeps us here.

At the Rotary Club of Millbrae, we believe meaningful connections are just as important as meaningful work. Our social events are how we stay connected — not just as volunteers, but as people who genuinely enjoy each other’s company.

Our calendar blends casual meetups, community celebrations, and fun traditions that make Rotary something to look forward to each week.

Some of Our Favorite Social Events Include:

Dinners at local restaurants and members’ homes
We rotate between local spots and member-hosted gatherings — from backyard BBQs to homemade pasta nights. These events are relaxed, welcoming, and full of great conversation.

Private museum and cultural tours
From local art exhibits to behind-the-scenes access at local institutions, we find fun ways to learn and explore together.

Giants baseball games
Every season, we rally a group to catch a Giants game together — it’s always a highlight, especially with friends in the stands.

Live performances and theater nights
We plan group outings to musicals, concerts, and seasonal shows throughout the year.

Seasonal celebrations
From our festive holiday party to impromptu birthday lunches, we celebrate milestones and make time to enjoy the moment.

Guy Smiley’s Trivia Nights
An all-time member favorite. Whether you’re competitive or just there for laughs, Trivia Night with our very own Guy Smiley never disappoints. Expect brain-teasers, laughs, and a little friendly rivalry — all in good fun.

The Rotary Connection Goes Global

One of the most unique aspects of Rotary membership is the connection it creates across borders. With more than 34,000 clubs in over 200 countries and territories, Rotarians are welcomed as friends wherever they go.

Whether you're traveling for work, vacation, or family, there's almost always a Rotary club nearby — and often, an open invitation waiting. Many members have found themselves welcomed into meetings abroad, invited to meals with fellow Rotarians, or included in local service projects while visiting another country.

The Rotary pin signals shared values — and often leads to unexpected opportunities, new friendships, and meaningful conversations with people you might never have met otherwise.

No matter where life takes you, you’re part of something bigger. Rotary truly is a global family.

You're Invited

Rotary offers something rare: a space where purpose and play exist side by side. You don’t have to be a “networker” or a public speaker to feel at home here — you just have to show up and enjoy connecting with people who care.

The service brings us together. The friendships last a lifetime.
