Millbrae Rotary and the Interact Clubs from Mills High School and Taylor Middle School hosted the popular Spring Festival in Millbrae's Central Park. The event was attended by an estimated 400 children, who enjoyed games, crafts, snacks, face painting, and the excited egg hunt.
